I just picked up a 300GB VelociRaptor from WD, did a fresh install of XP which loads fast... I haven't got all my programs on the HD yet, but it does fly on start up. Are 10,000 rpm drives worth the extra cash? I could have gotten a 2TB 7200 rpm drive for the same price... $220.
